Aspose.Words for JasperReports 1.10.0 Released
We welcome a new release of Aspose.Words for JasperReports. In this release, you will find a great number of bug fixes.
Important Note
Starting from release 1.9.0 there are now several versions of the JAR library (this is necessary for better support of older versions of JasperReports):
- For JasperReports 5.0.0/5.1.0 and higher use aspose.words.jasperreports-5.1.0.jar.
- For JasperReports 4.7.0 use aspose.words.jasperreports-4.7.0.jar.
- For JasperReports 3.7.2 through to 4.5.0 use aspose.words.jasperreports-4.5.0.jar.

Latest Progress in Aspose.Words’ Field Update
Aspose.Words‘ support of Microsoft Word fields is being improved all the time. At the moment, Aspose.Words updates around 3/4 of all Microsoft Word fields that can be updated. We’re hoping to support all ‘updateable’ fields before long. In the meantime, I’d like to share what progress we have made recently and what fields we have added to the supported list. I will use the same categorization offered by Word and OOXML specs.
