Dom4j Library Dependency Removal in Aspose.Cells for Java 7.6.1
We are pleased to announce the release of Aspose.Cells for Java 7.6.1. In this release, the dependency on the dom4j library has been removed. So, now dom4j-1.6.1.jar can be excluded from the classpath when using Aspose.Cells as we have written our own XML parser for certain operations. We have done a number of enhancements in the new release.

Compute Microsoft Excel Selected Color for ColorScale Conditional Formatting using C#
Aspose.Cells for .NET 7.6.1 has been released. This new release supports calculating the color selected by Microsoft Excel when a ColorScale conditional formatting is used in a template file. Moreover, we have enhanced how the product handles encrypted files so that these do not raise FIPS validation errors now.
