Product release Aspose.Slides for Java 2.6.0
We like to share the announcement of release of Aspose.Slides for Java 2.6.0. This is primarily a maintenance release that contains the fix for several issues shared by customers. Issues related to presentation access in PowerPoint 2010 and Linux environment have been resolved. A new parser for extracting text from PPTX using Aspose.Slides for Java has also been implemented along with support for some of missing shapes.

SmartArt rendering and improved charts support included in Aspose.Slides
We feel happy to announce the news of release of Aspose.Slides for .NET 5.3.0. This is one of major product release that has included the maiden support for SmartArt rendering. Oracle uses Aspose.Cells and Aspose.Slides for Java
Oracle Consulting Services deliver solutions for companies. When building an on-demand reporting system for a Customer Relationship Management system they needed to be able to save the customized reports as Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint files. To do this they used Aspose.Cells for Java and Aspose.Slides for Java on the recommendation of one of the project team members.
Aspose’s applications integrated into Oracle’s Java environment and produced the documents they needed without being dependent on Microsoft Office applications.

We feel proud to announce the release of Aspose.Slides for .NET 5.0.0. Now, we have made it possible to import OpenOffice presentations in ODP format and save them as PPTX. We have also improved the chart rendering support and isolated the dependency of Aspose.Slides for .NET on Aspose.Cells for .NET. Lines, cells borders rendering and missing slide data issues are resolved
We feel happy on presenting the new release of Aspose.Slides for Reporting Services 3.8.0. This is a minor release and contains fix for some of lines and cells border rendering issues. Issues related to unhandled reports exceptions have also been resolved. Missing slides and data issues have also been addressed in this new release.
