Aspose.Words for JasperReports 2.2.0 Released
We are pleased to announce a new release of Aspose.Words for JasperReports. This version includes support of JasperReports 5.6.x and 6.0.x as major update. You can download the latest release of Aspose.Words for JasperReports from the following link:
Starting from release 1.9.0 there are several versions of jar library (necessary for better support of older versions of JasperReports). These include:
- for JasperReports 5.6.0 … 6.0.1 (aspose.words.jasperreports-6.0.1.jar)
- for JasperReports 4.7.0 … 5.5.0 (aspose.words.jasperreports-5.5.0.jar)

Announcing Aspose.Words Code Comparison 1.1 with Docx4j – Now with Added Features
We’ve created a new release of the Aspose.Words for Java comparison to Docx4j. The new release, Aspose.Words vs Docx4j 1.1, shows a number of Aspose.Words examples and code comparison with Docx4j.
The source code of these examples is freely hosted on popular social coding sites like CodePlex, GitHub, Bitbucket and SourceForge.
This release contains a few new code comparison examples of features that are available in both Aspose APIs and in Docx4j.

Aspose.PDF Supports Custom Fonts and Compatibility with Latest JasperReports
We are very much excited to announce the release of Aspose.PDF for JasperReports 1.4.0 which provides the capability to use custom fonts when exporting JasperReports to PDF format. In order to use custom fonts, we added the setTruetypeFontDirectoryPath(String) method to the JrPdfExporter class which is used to specify the path of the folder where custom fonts are placed.
