Change tasks progress or read Active, DisplayAsSummary, StartText and FinishText from MPP files

Aspose.Tasks for .NET 4.0.0 has been released. This release supports changing tasks’ progress. A new API Task.SetPercentComplete has been included for this purpose. This release also supports reading Active, DisplayAsSummary, StartText and FinishTex values from MS Project 2010 MPP files. The release further includes the most recent bug fixes.

New Mail Merge Cleanup Options in Aspose.Words for .NET and Java

In Aspose.Words 10.8, released a few days ago, we introduced some new options that allow removing various items from the document while a mail merge is performed. Until this release two properties controlled whether empty paragraphs and regions were removed – MailMerge.RemoveEmptyParagraphs and MailMerge.RemoveEmptyRegions, respectively. These properties are still there, but have been marked obsolete, so there is a new way to instruct the mail merge engine how to perform a cleanup.

Convert an MSG Message to TIFF with the MailPrinter Class

We’ve added a number of new features, including auto-detecting message file format, extracting embedded objects data and support for EMLX format.
