Aspose.Slides for .NET 2.6.26.0 Released

Aspose.Slides for .NET 2.6.26.0 hot fix contains the following changes:
  • New: Possibility to read file name of OLE1 objects.
  • New: Shape.AddTextFrame method returns created TextFrame now.
  • New: If slide notes exist but don’t have paragraphs then one empty default paragraph will be inserted automatically on presentation writing.
  • Fixed: In some cases Aspose.Slides coudn’t read correct bullet color.
  • Fixed: Numbered list treated as bulleted list in slide notes.

Aspose.Words for Reporting Services 1.3.0 Released

This is a full-scale release that can be particularly useful for the people who needs exporting reports to the DOC, RTF or WordML formats on the 64-bit edition of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. Also, we have added a separate assembly that supports Microsoft SQL Server 2008 code name Katmai.

Series: Working on Aspose.Words Feature Overview, Part 1

Currently, Aspose.Words Documentation includes a description of all the exciting Aspose.Words feature in a single table. This is historical. Aspose.Words 1.0 was released in 2003 with a pretty small set of features and using a simple table to describe it all was sufficient. After that, due to rapidly rising popularity we’ve been so busy on Aspose.Words development that some essential areas such as marketing documentation (for example Feature Overview) suffered from the lack of our attention.
